Temprite offers a twice a year system safety and efficiency maintenance program to maximize  your in home comfort year round. For $99 Per year Temprite will perform the following

Air conditioning Maintenance & Safety check

1. Check thermostat operation
2. Install gauges and check operating pressures
3. Check voltages and amperage to motors with meter
4. Check airflow
5. Check capacitors
6. Check belt and adjust tension if applicable
7. Check filters / clean or replace if necessary (Standard 1” filters: no additional charge)
8. Turn off humidifier
9. Clean condensing coil if necessary
10. Check wiring and connections
11. Check that condensate drain is open
12. Check compressor contactor

Heating Maintenance & Safety Check:

1. Check thermostat operation
2. Check safety controls
3. Check burners and controls
4. Check pilot assembly, or ignition controls
5. Check for gas leaks in furnace
6. Check belt and adjust tension if applicable
7. Check filters / clean or replace if necessary (Standard 1” filters: no additional charge)
8. Check humidifier operation and replace pad (extra charge for pad)
9. Check vent pipe and draft diverter
10. Check fan control
11. Check furnace for cracked heat exchanger
12. Check complete furnace cycle

Routine Service

1. Maintains high efficiency
2. Lengthens equipment life
3. Helps limit potential system breakdowns
